  • Covid-related service disruption

    Waste collections in some areas have been delayed due to increase in staff absence following illness/ self-isolation. Agency staff has been put in place to continue delivering the service- however there may be some delays to your normal collection day/ times. Due to technical fault with vehicles, Tower Hamlets have not been able to empty underground refuse storage systems on some estates. They are allocating crews to pick up the build-up of waste at these locations so they remain as clear as possible. We are working hard to get the vehicles back on the road as soon as possible. Thanking you for your patience

  • Protecting our staff and residents

    We would like to assure residents that Spitalfields Housing Association is continuing to run all normal services, however we are putting provisions in place to provide essential services to our residents should the situation worsen. We want to protect our staff and residents from the risk of infection, therefore we may ask for additional information when you contact us to arrange a repair or services that may require a home visit.

  • Welcome to Hason Raja Centre

    Our new centre Hason Raja Centre at Vallance Road is becoming the hub for all of our activities and projects. We are working closely with the Vallance Community Sports Association who is based at the centre with us.

Sky Q Upgrade


We are aware that some residents have been experiencing television signal problems. We have been advised by our specialist contractors that this may be caused by residents trying to upgrade to the new Sky Q package.
