Spitalfields Housing Association staff members are passionate about social housing and on delivering quality services to our residents at all times. We engage consultants and contractors for specialist work who are professional and highly skilled. We are proud of our staff and the services we deliver to our residents. We aim to select staff with the right skills, abilities and experience for the job. We then offer career-based training and continued professional development (CPD) opportunities to staff who seek to maintain and progress their knowledge and skills.

Continuously improving our services

SHA has recently increased its resident’s involvement and feedback in shaping the organisation’s procedures going forward. We believe in dialogue with our residents to improve on our record.

Board of Management

A Board of Management runs Spitalfields Housing Association. The Board meets regularly to consider the overall strategy, future developments and direction for SHA. It oversees the allocation of financial resources and approves our acquisitions and disposals, major investments, annual budgets, treasury policy, risk management strategy and senior executive appointments.
