Callback request

We offer our residents flexibility and choice in the way they contact us.

Spitalfields Housing Association has remained inside the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to stay close to our residents and continue serving the local community. Following feedback from residents, we have diversified how we can meet with you. You can call us over the phone, by emailing us, meet an SHA officer online or book an in-person meeting. We will typically get back to your request within 12 hours, though usually, it’s much earlier.

In an emergency, call us immediately on: 020 7392 5400

Before choosing to book a meeting with an SHA officer online or in person, please ensure that you have spoken over the phone or have emailed or submitted an enquiry to SHA first.

In some cases, an in-person meeting might not be the best or safest way of dealing with your request, for example, if you are paying rent, we no longer take in-person cash payments, so an officer can help direct you to the online payment portal for a safe deposit.

Below are the options available to our SHA residents in booking a meeting with us:

Please fill in the form below and we will give you a call back as soon as we can.

Preferred callback time

Online meeting requests normally take place through online hosts like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Meeting attendees should ensure that internet connection is clear and that they are logged into the host website earlier than the time given.

This face-to-face can either take place at our Canary Wharf office, at the Hason Raja Centre in Whitechapel or at an agreed place.

Quick check before meeting an SHA officer:

  • Ensure you have received confirmation over the phone or by email with a meeting date, a time of the meeting, the main reason for the meeting and the attendees list from an SHA officer.
  • Attend on time: It is good practice to arrive 5 minutes earlier.
  • Bring along proof of your ID.
  • Bring along a proof of address eg. bill, or official letter. The proof must be recent and less than 3 months old.
  • Any additional documents requested by the SHA officer in preparation for the meeting.
