Tenant's handbook

Our tenant's handbook is very important that should be read by all SHA residents if they haven't already done so.

Welcome

Spitalfields Housing Association (SHA) would like to introduce you to the latest edition of our Tenants Handbook. If you are a new tenant, we would also like to offer you a particularly warm welcome to SHA community.

View the tenant's handbook

This handbook is designed to be an easy-to-read guide explaining SHA services and the rights and responsibilities of both you as tenants and SHA as your landlord. We have tried to include as much general advice as possible as well as detailed advice about your rent, the repairs service and how you can get involved. The guide has been developed with residents and is intended to help you make the most of the services we offer. If there are any issues not covered by this handbook and you need further information, then please contact us using the feedback link below.

If we cannot help then we will know someone who can. From time to time the law or our policies may change and we will update the Tenants Handbook (online). If this happens, we will tell you either in our bi-annual newsletter, by letter or via the News section of our website.

If you have any feedback for us on this handbook or would like to be involved in out residents Steering group meetings then please contact us using this form.
