This handbook is designed to be an easy-to-read guide explaining SHA services and the rights and responsibilities of both you as tenants and SHA as your landlord. We have tried to include as much general advice as possible as well as detailed advice about your rent, the repairs service and how you can get involved. The guide has been developed with residents and is intended to help you make the most of the services we offer. If we cannot help then we will know someone who can. From time to time the law or our policies may change and we will update the Tenants Handbook (online). If this happens, we will tell you either in our bi-annual newsletter, by letter or via the News section of our website.
