1. Introduction
By participating in the Spitalfields Housing Association (“SHA”) free prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to all tenants of SHA who are over the age of 16.
- Staff members and any individuals affiliated with SHA in an official capacity are excluded from entering the prize draw.
- Only one entry per household is permitted.
- If a tenant is no longer residing at a registered SHA address by the time of the prize claim or is no longer a tenant, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.
3. Entry Period
- The draw entry period begins on 1 August 2024 and ends at 23:59 on 31 October 2024.
- Survey responses received after the entry period will not be eligible for the prize draw but may still be considered for survey purposes.
4. Entry Method
- Participants automatically enter the prize draw by completing the Tenant Satisfaction Measure survey, provided they respond with their full contact information, including their full name, contact number/email address.
- Each completed survey per household counts as one entry.
5. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected at random and awarded one of the available prizes.
- The draw will take place on 4 November 2024, and winners will be notified the following day on 5 November 2024 using the entry contact details provided.
- In instances where winners are not reachable and who have not responded or come forward to claim their prizes within 28 days, a new winner will be picked at random. SHA will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners.
6. Prizes
- A total number of 13 prizes can be won in the draw (worth up to £500).
- The prizes available are one Honor Pad 9 12.1″ 256GB, one of two £50 Amazon vouchers, or one of ten £10 Amazon vouchers.
- Honor Pad may be substituted for one £300 Amazon voucher, subject to availability.
- All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
7. Data Use
- Data collected is solely for the Tenant Satisfaction Measure survey and in accordance with GDPR laws.
- Any data collected for the purpose of the prize draw will be deleted once the draw has concluded and the prizes have been claimed.
8. Disqualification
- Participants may be disqualified if they no longer meet the eligibility criteria at the time of the prize claim or if they provide false information.
- SHA reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
- This prize draw is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Miscellaneous
- SHA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- SHA’s decision in all matters relating to the prize draw is final and binding.
