Can I view the Hason Raja Centre before booking?
Yes, please get in touch with our main tenants, Vallance Community Sports Association (VCSA), who are usually at HRC to arrange a suitable time for viewing. VCSA’s contact page: https://www.vallancecsa.org.uk/contact
Is there parking at the Hason Raja Centre?
The HRC is located on the corner of Pedley Street and Vallance Road. Visitor drop offs and deliveries can take place here. You cannot park your vehicle on this corner. Vehicles can be parked on Pedley Street, or the roads coming off of Vallance Road.
How do I get to the Hason Raja Centre?
The Hason Raja Community Centre is located at 117 Vallance Rd, London E1 5BW. It is a 3 minute walk from Bethnal Green Overground Station, 7 minutes walk from Whitechapel Station, and 15 minutes walk from Bethnal Green Underground/ Shoreditch High Street Stations.
How do I report any damages that occurred at the Hason Raja Centre?
Report any damage incurred by visitors as soon as you find it to the duty staff manager.
How do I report an accident or incident at the Hason Raja Centre?
Report any accidents or incidents to the duty staff member, and record it in the HRC accidents log book. The duty staff member can arrange assistance and additional help if needed.
Who cleans the centre at the end of an event?
Booking parties are expected to clean up and be out by the end of the booking time. All surfaces must be clean, clear and made safe. You must take all rubbish away with you and dispose of it safely. Please factor in at least 30 minutes for clean up time with your volunteer help. HRC should be in the same state as it was found.
