Before you leave your home, you must tell us in writing at least four weeks before you go. Please complete all sections of this form and return it to Spitalfields Housing Association. This Notice will expire 4 weeks after the notice period. All tenancies end on a Monday. I/we will hand back the keys and leave the property empty and in a lettable condition. I/we understand that if the keys are not returned by the expiry date that Spitalfields Housing Association will change the locks and I/we will be liable for the cost of this work to the sum of £100.00 (Inc. VAT). I/we agree to ensure that the property is cleared of all furniture, flooring(carpet/laminate) and possessions, cleaned and left in a lettable condition. I/we understand that prior to vacation, I/we must undertake any repairs that are the tenants responsibility under the tenancy agreement and leave the property in good decorative order to the landlords satisfaction. The keys must be received by Spitalfields HA no later than 12 noon on the expiry date of this notice.
