Resident repair Inspectors will carry out regular repair inspections to ensure high standards are met by SHA.

If your application is accepted, we will contact you to arrange a workshop and interview with the Resident Involvement and Maintenance teams. Note to all applicants: As part of our selection process, we carry out internal checks to ensure that residents applying to participate within the association actively are not in breach of their tenancy agreement. SHA will give priority to those residents who are not already involved with other SHA projects.
