Our mission at SHA is to continuously improve the quality of homes for our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting higher levels of engagement and satisfaction. We strive to raise the standard of social housing, meeting the aspirations of our residents and fostering a culture of excellence. Our commitment to continual improvement is driven by a safety-first approach, ensuring that residents live in safe, secure, and decent homes.

Residents are at the heart of our building safety initiatives, and we prioritise two-way engagement to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are addressed. We recognise that a safe and secure building is essential not only for physical safety but also for mental well-being. That’s why we set high standards for homes and for safety.
