Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our residents. We take pride in being people business. Residents have the right to make compliment or complain about a service failure. There will also be occasions when customers will express about something we have done or failed to do or about a decision we have taken.
We will use the information gained from complaints to help imporve the quality of our services.
